Non-Refundable Fees
- Application Fee - $50 per student (One-time fee to be paid when submitting the online application)
- Enrollment Fee - $50 per student (Annual fee to be paid when submitting the online enrollment)
- Registration/Curriculum Fee - $400 per student (Annual fee may be paid up front or may be included in tuition payment plan)
Payment Plan Options
- Full Payment Plan - The annual tuition and registration fee are combined and the total is paid no later than August 1st (or at the time of enrollment if after August 1). A 3% discount is applied to tuition charges.
- 12 Month Plan - The annual tuition and registration/curriculum fee (if not paid in advance) are combined and the total is divided into twelve equal payments. The first payment is due in June and the last payment is due in May.
- 9 Month Plan - The annual tuition and registration/curriculum fee (if not paid in advance) are combined and the total is divided into nine equal payments. The first payment is due in September and the last payment is due in May.
FACTS Financial - All school families will select their payment plan through the online enrollment process.
Tuition Discounts
Longview Christian School offers a variety of potential discounts designed to enhance affordability and accessibility for families who otherwise would not be able to attend. Discounts currently available include:
- Pastoral Discount - Paid church pastors or staff may receive a discount of 12.5% to 25%.
- CEP Discount (3-day program) - Students enrolled in the CEP may receive a discount of 30% off the base tuition rate.
- Multiple Student Discount - Families with multiple students enrolled simultaneously at LCS may receive a discount of $750 off for the 2nd child, $1,500 off for the 3rd child, and free tuition for the 4th+ child.
- LCS Staff Discount - LCS employees may receive a discount up to 50% off for children enrolled.
Applicable discounts should be requested during the enrollment process and are subject to review and approval by the Tuition Discount Committee based on a variety of eligibility factors.
Financial Assistance
Texas Education Freedom Accounts (TEFA) - All parents are encouraged to apply for a TEFA (also known as education savings accounts or vouchers) provided by the state of Texas. TEFA funds may be between $10,000 and $30,000 per year and can pay for a variety of education expenses including tuition, fees, uniforms, and more.

LCS Scholarships - Awards are need-based, and amount varies from $250 to $2,000 per student depending on need and scholarship availability. Families must complete the application. Click here to apply:
LCS Scholarship Application
ACE Scholarships - LCS is an ACE partner school. ACE offers need-based scholarships up to 50% of tuition depending on need and scholarship availability. Click the link below for more information and to apply. ACE applications are only available from the 1st Monday in February through April 15.
