Athletic Physicals @ Hallsville ISD

Location: Summit Club of Longview, 3700 Judson Road
Arrival Time: 5:30 PM
Promenade: 6:00 PM
Dinner: 6:30 PM
Conclusion: 10:00 PM

Who Attends:

• All LCS high school students
• LCS staff
• All parents may attend the promenade
• Senior parents are invited to stay for dinner
• High school-aged dates from outside LCS are welcome with a purchased ticket and must follow LCS dress code guidelines

Tickets:

• LCS Seniors (Class of 2026): No ticket required (guests of honor)
• All other attendees (students, dates, senior parents, staff): Ticket purchase required
• Deadline to purchase tickets: Friday, May 1st

Doors open at 6:00 for the art exhibit. 
Program begins at 6:30.

High school awards at 8:30. 

Junior high awards at 9:20. 

Parents are welcome. You will be notified if your child is receiving an award. Parents arriving later for the junior high awards will not be let into the gym until the high school awards are finished.

K-12th grade students will be dismissed at 12:00 noon.

Doors open at 6:00. Graduation begins at 6:30.

In the LCS gym.

• 1st and 2nd will begin at 6:00 pm
• 3rd-5th will begin at approximately 7:00 pm.

Early Dismissal at 11:00 am

All junior high students will receive recognitions. Athletic, Academic, and Character awards will be given. The 8th grade students will receive special recognition. The program is in the LCS gym beginning at 6:30.

Join us as we celebrate the graduation of our senior class at Fellowship Bible Church at 7:00 pm.
