First of all, we would like to thank you for your interest in enrolling your child at Longview Christian School. We have a simple enrollment procedure that you will need to follow in order to complete the admissions process.

1. Please call 903.297.3501 and schedule an appointment for a school tour.

2. Submit the completed Application For Admission, Pastor Recommendation, Parent Testimony, and Student Questionnaire forms, along with copies of any standardized test scores and prior report cards, and a non-refundable application fee of $25.00 to the school office.

3. A date will be scheduled for a interview with our school principal and an assessment test for your child.

4. Application will be evaluated based on the Application For Admission form, previous school records, and our assessment of the student's ability to benefit from attending LCS.

5. LCS will call and inform parents of acceptance within 14 days of submitting application form.

6. After acceptance notification, please complete and return the following forms:

Restricted Pick Up Form - ensures that LCS knows and can see to it that only individuals approved by parents will be allowed to pick up students from the school

Medical Consent Form - confirms that parents agree with LCS on administering first aid if needed, and informs LCS of emergency contact and medical information

Pastor Recommendation & Parent Testimony - gives the school an idea of both the student's and parent's involvement in church life

Parent Commitment Form - ensures that there will be adequate and effective communication between parents and teachers

Field Trip Release Form - confirms that children are allowed to participate in any school planned and supervised field trips

Student Commitment Form - requests that student will uphold the high moral and spiritual standards of LCS through their behavior (For Jr. High & High School students only)

Student Questionnaire Form - intended to give LCS an idea of where each student stands spiritually, and help identify student's strengths and gifts (High School students only)
 
7. Submit above forms along with copies of student's birth certificate and immunization records to the school office.
